Experience
Leading the integral execution of rooms and noble areas of Bless Ibiza The Site*****, coordinating every phase of construction from planning through final delivery: site execution, production tracking, daily coordination between ownership, site management and operator, supervision of architecture / interior design / installations, cost control and budget tracking, quality supervision, technical issue resolution, and final testing / punch list / handover.
Full rehabilitation of the five-star, ~10,000 sqm Hotel Presidente in Portinatx, Ibiza, for the Meridia fund, working alongside international studios and consultancies (TAG, GCA Architects, BIS, Lázaro Rosa-Violán, Deerns). In parallel, collaborated on the Nômade Temple Ibiza hotel project — technical coordination and project documentation control.
Involved in a wide range of tasks related to the restoration of this landmark building, working closely with multidisciplinary teams including Constructora d'Aro and the Lázaro Rosa-Violán studio: detailed design, task modelling, constructive feasibility studies and technical drawings — acting as a link between ownership and the construction company.
Competition panels for sports facilities, including S'Aigua Dolça Sports Equipment in Palma de Mallorca (1st prize), plus executive projects (CAD) and 3D modelling for construction supervision.
