As Construction Project Manager at URCOISA (Grupo de Empresas Matutes), I lead the integral execution of the rooms and noble areas of Bless Ibiza The Site*****, coordinating every phase of construction from planning through to final delivery. The project is developed within a luxury hospitality setting with high quality standards and an especially demanding schedule, meeting the objectives set by ownership.

Main responsibilities: integral management and direction of on-site execution; planning, tracking and production control; daily coordination between ownership, site management and the operator; supervision of architecture, interior design and installations works; cost control, certifications, project changes and budget tracking; supervision of execution and finish quality; resolution of technical issues and definition of constructive solutions; and coordination of final testing, punch list and handover of completed areas.
