Construction Project Manager during the full rehabilitation of the five-star, ~10,000 sqm Hotel Presidente in Portinatx, Ibiza, collaborating for the Meridia fund with international architecture, engineering and consultancy studios — TAG, GCA Architects, BIS, Lázaro Rosa-Violán and Deerns.

During this stage I consolidated my experience in site management, taking on responsibilities in planning, technical coordination, economic control, execution tracking and coordination between ownership, design teams and contractors.
